On March 29th, 21 students from HTW University in Germany were led by two professors to visit the company. The purpose of their trip is to better understand the operating mode of Chinese enterprises and the relevant knowledge of the railway rail transit equipment industry, and accumulate relevant practical experience in advance for entering the social employment.

HTW University is a public application technology university in Germany. It is located in Dresden, Free State of Saxony. It was established in 1992 and currently has about 5,000 students, focusing on teaching and research techniques, modeling, economics, environmental science, etc. field. These visiting students have been selected through rigorous review and interviews. They are basically graduate students and will be employed soon. Among them, many students are very interested in the railway industry. I hope that through this visit, we will better understand the enterprise products and future trends of the railway rail transit equipment industry, so as to position ourselves more reasonably and gain experience in finding more suitable positions.

During the visit, the leaders of Railteco attached great importance to the first time to receive foreign university students to visit the company. Therefore, the relevant departments of the company also made preparations, designed the introduction of the company, visited the processing site, and interacted with experts and questions to help HTW. The college students have a more detailed understanding of the products of Railteco.

Mr. Wen Sheng, Chairman of Railteco expressed his warmest welcome to the teachers and students of HTW University in Germany with a fluent English. Then he gave a brief introduction to the development of Ruitie to the teachers and students of HTW University in Germany, and also invited HTW University professors and student representatives shared their life experiences, their impressions of China and their future employment plans. Subsequently, the teachers and students of HTW University in Germany visited the axles, wheels, wheelsets and flexible wheel production lines, and asked the sales manager to give a live explanation.

In order to help college students to understand the knowledge of Railteco rail transit equipment more professionally, the company prepared an expert and student Q&A meeting in the afternoon. Lei Enqiang, chief engineer of Railteco, technical consultant Zhang Taiming and market consultant Zheng Yuan were invited to attend the meeting. During the meeting, German HTW students actively raised questions about the railway product design, enterprise management and future direction of Railteco according to their employment plans.
