Technical characteristics:
Oil damper is a colsed hydraulic system,When there is relative movement caused by vibration between the vehicle bogie and axle box(or between vehicle body and bogie,or between two vehicle bodies),the damper piston repeatedly pulls and presses in the inner cylinder,producing high pressure oil inside the inner cylinder for pressing.
The damper adopts airbag two drum structure and mainly includes the following components:rubber joint assemble,cover assmble,piston rod,outer cylinder nurt,oil seal ring,corrugated oil seal,guide cover,inner cylinder,bottom valve assmbly,outer cylinder,o-ring,piston assmbly,piston ring, and airbag assmble.

Type:
1. primary vertical damper(axle box damper)
it is used to control vertical movement between axle box and bogie. I.E nodding vibration.
2. Secondary vertical damper
it is used to control vertical movement between carbody and bogie. I.E nodding vibration and bouncing vibration
3. Secondary lateral damper
it is used to control lateral movement between carbody and bogie. I.E lateral vibration and yawing vibration.
4. Yaw damper
it is used to control hunting movement between carbody and bogie. I.E hunting motion
5. Coupling damper
it is used to control lateral movement between motor hanging beam and bogie. I.E lateral vibration.
