Railway Track Spare Parts Capacitance Concrete Sleeper for Electrified Railway
1. Brief Introduction:
Capacitance Concrete Sleepers are specially designed for electrified railway.
The Capacitance sleepers compensate the signal attenuation caused by inductive reactance along the length direction of track, and avoid the problem of capacitor damage and theft caused by exposed capacitor on ballast in the past
The capacitor pillow compensates the signal attenuation caused by inductive reactance of unit length track, and avoids the problem of capacitor damage and theft caused by exposed capacitor on ballast in the past, affecting the normal maintenance of the line.
There are many types of capacitance concrete sleepers as: XII, IIa, IIIc, IIIqaD.
2. Installation, Use and Daily maintenance of capacitor sleepers:
in the prefabrication of capacitor sleepers, it is only necessary to drill holes at the corresponding positions of sleeper templates, and then bolt and fix the embedded cable connecting components and protective cover mounting nuts with bolts, which does not affect the original sleeper production process and has good versatility. The capacitance connecting cable is connected with the rail in two ways. When the main cable connecting the capacitor and rail waist is cut off, there is still a spare connecting cable between the capacitor and the rail fastener to ensure the connection between the capacitor and the rail, thus enhancing the safety and redundancy of the compensation capacitance connecting cable. The insulation paint and protective cover sealing treatment are applied on the connection terminals of the capacitor and cable, which can enhance the waterproof and moisture-proof performance of the compensation capacitor after installation, and prolong the service life of the capacitor accordingly. After the damage of the connecting cable from the capacitor sleeper to the track, it is no longer necessary to replace the whole compensation capacitor and connecting cable, but only to replace the damaged connecting cable, which reduces the maintenance and labor costs. The prefabricated capacitor tank of capacitor sleeper meets the installation size requirements of various types of compensation capacitors.
3. Production Capacity:
Our production center has three production lines for prestressed concrete sleepers, two production lines of high speed type III monobloc plate, and One production line of cross web prestressed concrete catenary pole. The annual capacity for various sleepers are over 100,000,000 pcs, for high speed type III monobloc base plate is 60,000pcs,and for the catenary pole is 20,000pcs.
The concrete sleepers we manufacture including II type, III type, turnout sleeper , bridge sleeper, capacitance sleeper, broad sleeper, crossing sleeper, balastless turnout sleeper, metro sleeper, urban railway sleepers, and various kinds of ballast slabs.
4. Main Production Process of Capacitance Concrete Sleeper :
Concrete mixing, steel bar machining and frame assembly, install embed dowels, inspect the mould, place the steel frame into the mould, install accessories, connect to the tension rod, insulation inspection of steel frame, tension, pour the concrete into the mould, steam curing, release the tension, demould and lift away, clean the mould, anchor seal, inspection, water curing, storage and etc.
5. Quality Assurance:
Our prestressed concrete sleeper manufacture factory have passed ISO9001 international quality system certification and acquired industry production license from National Quality Monitor Bureau.
6. Packing and Transportation:
Seaworthy packing, fully considering the durability, load and unload, economic for transportation.
